These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure that all clients of Divine Wellness Studio have a clear understanding of how appointments, treatments, consultations, readings, personal information, cancellations and gift vouchers are managed.
By booking an appointment, treatment, consultation or reading with Divine Wellness Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Appointments & Treatments
All treatments and services are provided with the intention of supporting relaxation, personal wellbeing and holistic self-care.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information before and during their appointment, including any information that may affect the suitability of a treatment.
Where appropriate, Fiona may recommend that a treatment is postponed, adapted or not carried out if she believes it may not be suitable for the client at that time.
Some services may be available remotely or online as well as in person. The format and suitability of the service will be discussed with the client where required.
Holistic & Complementary Therapies
The treatments and energy healing services offered by Divine Wellness Studio are complementary and holistic in nature. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or mental health condition and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Clients should always consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns, symptoms, medication or existing health conditions.
No specific outcome or result can be guaranteed from any holistic, complementary or energy healing treatment. Individual experiences and responses to treatments will vary.
Client Information & Confidentiality
Information shared during consultations or treatments will be treated as confidential.
This information will be used where necessary to:

Arrange and manage appointments.

Communicate with you regarding bookings, appointments and services.

Maintain appropriate client records.

Meet any applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
Your personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Disclosure of personal information will only be made where legally required to do so or where otherwise permitted or required under applicable data protection legislation.
Personal information will be handled with appropriate care and in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If, for any reason, you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice where possible.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, may result in part or all of the treatment fee being charged.
If Divine Wellness Studio needs to reschedule your appointment, you will be contacted as soon as reasonably possible and an alternative appointment will be offered at the earliest available opportunity.
Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their appointment. If you arrive late, it may be necessary to shorten your treatment to avoid affecting appointments scheduled after yours. Where this occurs, the full treatment fee may still apply.
Online & Distant Services
Certain services offered by Divine Wellness Studio may be provided online or at a distance, including selected energy healing treatments, coaching sessions and readings.
All online and distance services must be paid for in full in advance of the scheduled treatment, session or reading. Your appointment will only be considered confirmed once full payment has been received.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have an appropriate, comfortable and private environment in which to receive an online session where applicable, together with a suitable internet connection and device where video or audio communication is required.
For distance treatments where a live video or audio connection is not required, Fiona will provide any relevant information or guidance regarding the session in advance.
As with in-person treatments, individual experiences vary and no particular outcome or result can be guaranteed from an online or distance session.
Angel Card & Tarot Card Guidance Readings
All Angel Card, Tarot Card and other intuitive readings are provided for entertainment and personal guidance purposes only.
No guarantee can be given regarding the accuracy, interpretation or outcome of a reading.
Readings should not be used as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or other specialist advice. Any decisions made following a reading remain entirely the responsibility of the client.
Gift Vouchers
Please ensure that Gift Vouchers are used in advance of the expiration date stated on the voucher.
Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and no cash alternative will be provided.
Acceptance of unused or partially unused Gift Vouchers after their stated expiration date will be entirely at the discretion of the Proprietor of Divine Wellness Studio.
Gift Vouchers should be kept safe, and clients are encouraged to contact Divine Wellness Studio in advance to arrange their appointment before the voucher expires.
Prices & Payments
Current treatment and service prices will be confirmed at the time of booking or enquiry.
Payment arrangements will be agreed directly with the client where applicable. Divine Wellness Studio reserves the right to amend treatment prices and services from time to time.
Where a cancellation fee or other outstanding balance is applicable under these Terms & Conditions, payment may be required before a further appointment is confirmed.
Results & Individual Experiences
Every person responds differently to holistic treatments, energy work, coaching and complementary therapies. Testimonials or experiences shared by previous clients should not be interpreted as a guarantee that another client will experience the same results.
Divine Wellness Studio does not guarantee any particular physical, emotional, spiritual or personal outcome from its services.
Respectful Environment
Divine Wellness Studio aims to provide a safe, welcoming and respectful environment for all clients. Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards Fiona and the treatment space.
Divine Wellness Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a treatment or service where inappropriate, abusive, threatening or unsafe behaviour occurs.
Changes to these terms
Divine Wellness Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes to services, business practices or applicable requirements.
